    Default Blueberry Cobbler

I really don't know if a cobbler is a pie or a cake. I think it might be a combo of each. Anyway I made one, it was enjoyed by all. Thought you might like it to. I haven't a clue as to where the recipe came from, maybe this forum. either way it is a very good and simple recipe. CF

    Easy Cobbler

    Ingredients:
    1 Stick of Butter
    1 Cup of Sugar
    1 Cup of Flour
    1 Cup of Milk
    1 Egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 teaspoon Baking Powder
    Fruit as desired
    Directions:
Melt butter and add sugar. Mix in flour and milk.
It will be little lumpy. Pour in a greased 9 x 9 pan. Top with as much or as little fruit as you desire. I use canned and frozen when fresh berries, etc. is out of season.
    Bake at 400 degrees.
