Default For Rick: Balsamic Grilled Pork Chops

Believe it or not I found this recipe from Crisco Oil a long time ago, and I'm gonna share it with you & all here that may enjoy pork on the grill once in a while...and....
Since you're a "Grill Master" I thought you may enjoy giving it a try

8 5 oz. boneless loin chops
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil (on the recipe I cut out it says in large letters CRISCO)
2 tbsp. honey
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients into a zip-lock bag mix well and allow to marinade 2 hours....

Grill the chops, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) 6 min.'s on each side or until done. Makes 8 servings

Thanks Cathy. This is right up my alley so to speak. We always buy whole boneless pork loins and cut our own boneless chops. (saves a ton of money) We've always got them in the freezer. We''ll do this one very soon and of course pics will be posted
