    Wink Breaded boneless pork chops

Just made a really good recipe. Although I'm a vegetarian my husband always likes this pork recipe so here goes.
First take thin pork chops without a bone. Not cutlets just the thinnest boneless pork chops you can find. Next dip them in flour; than dip them in egg; next put them in seasoned bread crumbs. Heat some corn oil mixed with olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the pork in the hot oil about 5-6 minutes on each side or until done. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Enjoy!!
P.S. not too surprised about the lack of response to the Indian dish request. Alot of people just eat out Indian or use frozen entrees..Kids books on the subject sort of helps for the novice!!

It's what we do for pork tenderloin sandwiches back in Iowa
& for the pork snitzel I do - good stuff.
