    Default Really classy, spicy pork chops

    Ingredients:

    4 tbls. butter
    2 tsp. sweet paprika
    6 center cut pork chops
    Creole seasoning to taste
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/2 C chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 C water
    1 tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
    salt to taste
    2 tbls. water
    2 tbls. cornstarch


    Directions:

    Melt butter in a skillet and add paprika. Place pork chops in skillet and season with Creole seasoning. Brown shops and remove from skillet. Place onion, green pepper and garlic in skillet: saute. Return pork chops to skillet with vegetables. Add water, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Simmer, covered for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Add mixture of water and cornstarch to skillet. Stir gently until thickened. Serve with rice. Delicious!
