Years ago I made a wonderful, easy pork chop recipe that I saw on a Justin Wilson show. It seemed so simple at the time that I neglected to write it down. Now, several years later, I'm wishing I had. As I recall, it called for white wine, cayenne pepper, garlic, and maybe parsley, to name a few ingredients. It was then baked or braised in the oven. The result was very tender, delicious chops. Sound familiar to anyone?
Thanks for any help, Brian |
