Ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1-1/2 green bell peppers\cooked, seeded and cut into thin strips
1-1/2 red bell peppers\cooked, seeded and cut into thin strips
1-1/2 large onions\cooked, cut into 1/2 inch rings
1 tsp. fajita seasoning
1/4 cup chicken stock
1-1/2 lbs. chicken strips
6 pita bread loaves, warm and cut in half
3/4 lb. lettuce
3/4 cup prepared salsa
3/4 cup light sour cream
Instructions
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté next 5 ingredients 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add chicken strips and cook until chicken is hot. Stuff chicken and vegetable filling into pitas with lettuce and top with salsa and sour cream.

That looks really good. I like pitas. I haven't had them in a really long time though.
