Texas Rose you will like this sesame chicken one. I usually add more toasted sesame seeds. :)

2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Place chicken thighs in the crockpot. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4.

Serves 4 to 6.
