Crunchy breaded chicken
4 chicken quarters
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt dash of pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup cornflakes crumbs combined with 1/2 cup bread crumbs Combine spices with mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise mixture over skinned chicken. Coat with combined crumbs. Bake at 400 covered for 2-2 1/2 hours (depending on the size of the chicken) Uncoverfor the last 15 minutes, so the crumbs become crispy.
