ITALIAN CHICKEN ROLLS
Large Chicken breasts, flattened
Deli sliced smoked turkey
Sliced provolone cheese
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Dried basil
Layer chicken, a slice of turkey, & a slice of provolone. Roll from one end to the other ~ jelly roll style. Secure with toothpicks. Roll meat in crumbs, parmesan & basil. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
**The chicken will stay rolled better if partially frozen before rolling it in the crumb mixture.
