Sweet & Sour Chicken Breasts

1 8oz. bottle Russian or Catalina Dressing
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 18 oz. or smaller jar Apricot Preserves
8 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves

Mix dressing, soup mix & preserves (1 1/2 cups) together. Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange washed chicken breasts in dish. Marinate in fridge for 2 hrs, or overnight. Bake, uncovered @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until done). Serve with white rice.
