Default "Cooks Country" video for Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and more...

janie-

I thought of YOU when I saw this Cooks Country video spot for the fried chicken test kitchen!

After testing several recipes and techniques, they, like you, opted for the buttermilk brine!

Watch the video to see just how they did their's! YUM! (Also, you can watch the new spots for their cranberry-apple crisp and Sunday Garlic Pot Roast. All 3 are nice l'il videos!

I really like watching this show Sunday afternoons on PBS.

Americas Test Kitchen has always been a favorite of mine. It really ticks me off the way they are becoming Cooks Country. It's a bit to Hokey for me with the banjo music and all in the back ground. You go on their internet site and it's like every other recipe you have to be a paid member to view it. That's not "down home" hospitality, lol.
