1 english muffin
2 pieces romaine lettuce
1 3 to 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast grilled
2 thin slices of tomato
1 oz ham thinly sliced
2 thin slices, swiss cheese
2 slices bacon; cooked and drained
2 rings green bell pepper
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
1 hard boiled egg sliced
split english muffin in half and toast. PLace on serving plate and cover with lettuce.
slice checken horizontally into 4 pieces.
layer chicken, tomato, ham, swiss cheese, bacon, and bell pepper on english muffin halves.
spoon dressing over all, top with sliced egg. serve immediately.
