Default Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Turkey Lettuce Wraps

1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. ground turkey
2 med. carrots, diced
1 med. zucchini, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. soy sauce
Dash of garlic powder (or a pinch of fresh garlic)
Crisp lettuce leaves
Salt to taste

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet. Add the turkey and cook until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Add salt to taste. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet and saute vegetables 1 minute. Add turkey, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Turn into serving dish and accompany with lettuce leaves. To eat, wrap the filling in lettuce leaves. Makes 4 to 5 servings.

Oh I bet this is pretty diet-friendly (if you go with low-sodium soy sauce), eh? Mmmm.

This seems very similar to what they have at PF Chang's.
