Last Night's Dinner - Chicken Casserole ala Fallon

2 packages of frozen green beans, cooked
1 cup chopped mushrooms
4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups stuffing mix, prepared

Butter casserole dish. Spread cooked green beans on the bottom, then mushrooms, chunked chicken and chicken soup mixed with mayo and a little milk. Sprinkle prepared stuffing mix on top. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, uncovered. Really nice served with a garden salad on the side and fresh fruit.

Guys, very tasty. I didn't have green beans so used green peas. Also didn't have mayo so used sour cream. It came out really good, I will make again. Everyone liked it. Thanks CF
