Baked Lemon Chicken
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts in a greased 8" x 8" baking dish. Season the chicken with onion, dill, lemon rind, and ground nutmeg. Mix the lemon juice with the sugar and water. Pour over the chicken, cover and place in oven. Cook for 30 minutes, then remove cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
