Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken wings 1 tbs. salt 1/4 cup hot sauce. Any hot sauce will do, but Tabasco brand works the best. 1 Tbsp. butter (trust me) white flour- enough to dust the wings in. oil for frying Directions: 1. Cut wings at the joint and disregard the wing tips. 2. Season with salt. 3. Dust each wings very lightly in flour. 4. Heat oil to medium and fry until golden brown. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine the hot sauce and softened butter until butter dissolves. 6. Mix wings with butter hot sauce and start enjoying. |
