![]() Here's an interesting way to serve zucchini that was posted by Raquelita in September 2006. The recipe is Zucchini Oven Chips, a breaded zucchini slice that is baked on a rack in the oven until crisp. Test one of the thick slices to make sure the chip is crisp before removing from the oven since oven temperatures vary. The final result is a tasty, crunchy chip flavored with garlic and Parmesan cheese. This is a great recipe to serve with weekend barbecues. The effort for preparation is minimal and since the cooking time is 1/2 hour, that leaves plenty of time to cook the burgers or steaks. When serving with chicken, start baking these zucchini chips 1/2 hour after starting to cook the chicken ![]() |
