Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie
 Here's a delicious chocolate and ice cream dessert that was posted in the cooking forums by shannone on September 3, 2006. It's basically a chocolate ice cream pie in a crust of rice cristpies that have been coated in a chocolate syrup mix. You can find the complete recipe in the original post under desserts/pies: Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie. This is a great recipe because of the contrasts between the ice cream smoothness and the dark chocolate flavor.

btw - I think this would make an excellent parfait as well - I've got those parfait glasses with covers from Tupperware from years ago and this would be nice for individual parfaits served with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate chips, jimmes or nuts on top!
