There should be a law against such easy bread making, lol. No machines required. Beautiful crust and excellent crumb, makes excellent sammiches and ideal for sopping.

It's perfect - with all this snow and all the shoveling - not only is it nice to have a quick loaf of bread - but you can do a lot with it.

I made patty melts last night with the slices Mama. Grillled them like a panini. They were perfect.

A bit of Russian Dressing, a nice burger, some sauteed onions, NY sharp cheddar, brushed the outside with garlic infused olive oil then grilled. With the Bread they turned out much better than the Friendly's Version, lol.

I love patty melts - did you ever try this - fry onions in butter (not margarine) - add some honey for a different flavor - and for another nice flavor, add some BBQ sauce to it as well - great on hot dogs, burgers, as a tater topping or sandwich topping - panini is right up my alley!

Last night I took this dough and used it for pizza crust. I made 1 regular crust pizza and one sicilian crust. All I can say is WOW!!!!! Compliments from everyone regarding both crust. They were amazing.
