1 package (19 ounces) frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 package (8 ounces) imitation crabmeat, flaked or 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained and flaked 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again. 2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini and the remaining ingredients; mix well. 3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Don't know how well known Mr. Food is in other parts, but he's shown during the local morning news here - my favorite part of the morning news! This is one of the recipes featured this week and it sounds GREAT for a hot summer day - either as a light meal or a side side for a BBQ. |
