Hot Mango Noodle Salad
A great salad that's perfect for potluck parties! 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 cloves large garlic 1/2 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Hot Mango Chutney 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips 4 green onions, chopped 1/2 cup peanuts, roasted and salted 1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI Linguine, *buitoni refrigerated pasta* cooked and drained PLACE soy sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic in food processor or blender; process until mixture is well blended and lighter in color. Pour into small bowl. Whisk chutney into soy sauce mixture. COMBINE pasta, bell peppers, and green onions in large bowl. Add chutney dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with peanuts. |
