Default Macaroni Salad....

2 cups dry macaroni, cooked & drained
2 stalks of celery, diced small
2-3 stems green onion, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
half cup of frozen peas, cooked
3/4 pound frozen shrimp, thawed & well dried
1 cup (or more,to your liking) Hellman's Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Mix the whole lot together, including the macaroni. Refridgerate. Serve with vegetable or green salad.

This macaroni salad would taste even better if you add cheese on it. It's really better because the cheese would add to its richer flavor compared to the regular macaroni salad. Cheese is great on pasta dishes and salads. Kids who hate salad may try to eat this because of the cheese on it. You can also try to add hotdog if you like.

This is a different variation of macaroni salad recipe for me. I have never tried putting green peas nor celery when I make macaroni salad. And this sounds delicious too.
