Shrimp Salad
Ingredients:
• 1 package frozen, cooked salad-size shrimp, thawed and drained
• 1 jar capers, drained
• 1 medium potato, cooked and cubed
• 1 or 2 stalks celery, diced
• 1/2 cup mayonaise
• 1/4 tsp. celery salt
• Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Method:
Combine all ingredients and chill 1 to 2 hours. Spoon into tomato or lettuce cups, or use as a sandwich filling.
