Default Asian Style Three Pea Salad

ASIAN STYLE THREE PEA SALAD
Serves 4-6

2 cups frozen green peas
1 cup sugar snap peas (frozen or fresh and blanched)
1 cup snow peas (frozen or fresh and blanched)
For the vinaigrette:
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
To finish:
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

A few hours before serving, combine peas in a serving bowl. Refrigerate.

Whisk together vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and salt and pepper. Whisk in the oils.

Toast sesame seeds in a skillet until golden brown.

At serving time, toss peas in vinaigrette. Refrigerate until serving. Scatter sesame seeds over top and serve.

sounds great....can we use the same method to prepare any of the veg salads instead of peas?
