Here's another Tofu salad recipe of mine.
1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 block soft tofu, cut into 1/2 blocks
2 tomatoes, cubed
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 pound king crab legs, thawed and shelled
1/4 cup green onion, minced
3 hard cooked eggs, quartered
Prepared Thousand Island salad dressing
Arrange lettuce on a large serving platter. Top with the tofu, cubed tomatoes, cubed cucumber, crab mean, green onion, and garnish with hard cooked eggs. Serve with Thousand Island salad dressing.
