    Default Green Goddess Salad Dressing

    Green Goddess Salad Dressing

    1 c. mayonnaise
    ½ c. dairy sour cream
    3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. finely snipped parsley
    3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 tbsp. mashed anchovy fillets
    1 tbsp. chopped chives
    2 tsp. chopped capers
1 clove garlic, crushed in a press
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper

Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Cover tightly and chill in refrigerator 3-4 hours. To serve, add the dressing to crisp salad greens and gently turn and toss until greens are evenly coated. Serve immediately. Makes 2½ cups.

    Does it really color green?
From what I've noticed, I think this is like the taste of the Italian dressing.

I'm Italian - this isn't an Italian dressing to me!

Very nice looking recipe for this great dressing (one of my favorites). Thanks for sharing this with us. I didn't have any recipes for this dressing in my files, but I do now!
