Pesto Sauce
1 cup olive oil
8 oz. pine nuts (or walnuts) 1 cup basil 6 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup parmesan Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix well until a paste is formed. We like to take heavy cream, pesto, grilled chicken, and serve over pasta.
