A friend of ours is an older Thai lady who keeps promising to give me lessons on cooking Thai food. She had her knee replaced and is not 100% yet. I would like lessons from her BUT someone like you Mama would be a dream to get actual cooking lessons from. I have got to try Jons Dad on your ricotta gnocchi.

Mama have you ever noticed those poor filming crew guys, they look like they are fammished and could just die to get a taste of the foods being prepared! I can imagine you could find a crew willing to work for food quite easily! I do not know what it is but just being at work makes me hungry, go figure!
