Probably almost as good as my Coke BBQ Sauce, so you have a choice whether you are a Pepsi or a Coke person

    Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce

    1 cup Coca-Cola
    1 cup Ketchup
    1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Liquid Smoke flavoring
    1/4 A-1® Steak Sauce
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1 cup Brown Sugar

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large heavy saucepan and gradually bring to a boil over medium heat.

    2. Reduce the heat slightly to obtain a gentle simmer. Simmer the sauce until reduced, about 30 minutes or so.

    3. Transfer the sauce into a into a clean jar or jars and let cool to room temp. Then refrigerate until serving.

Author: from Steven Raichlen's cookbook (with modifications)

    Author Notes
*** This sauce can and Will keep for several months refrigerated.
*** Use this as you would any sauce. It has a strong affinity for Chicken, Ribs and Pork.

I'm going to be cooking a slab of ribs (pork) soon and am looking for the best sauce in the world. So if there is any better than this, y'all are welcome to direct me to it.
