    Default Remoulade

    Here is one I got off Chowhound.
    I'll have to find some hot and spicy
    catchup. I'd like this slaw with my
    world famous pulled pork.

    INGREDIENTS FOR REMOULADE SAUCE:

    1 1/2 cups heavy duty mayonnaise

    1/2 cup Creole mustard

    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    1 tsp hot sauce

    1/2 cup Heinz Hot & Spicy ketchup

    1/4 cup minced red bell pepper

    1/4 cup minced yellow bell pepper

    1/2 cup minced celery

    2 tbsps finely minced garlic

    1/4 cup minced parsley

    1/2 tbsp lemon juice

    salt and cracked black pepper to taste

    INGREDIENTS FOR SLAW:

    4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
    3/4 cup shredded red cabbage

    3/4 cup Remoulade sauce


    METHOD:

    Combine slaw ingredients at time of service.

    Sounds interesting to try with. I think it the best if the pulled pork will be grilled or baked in an oven, I'm sure it will give a boost to chili a little bit more.
