    Default Cherry Tomato Sauce

I was not about to blanch and peel these small tomatoes. Ran the whole mess through the blender on grind setting. Cooked them down about half volume. Added 1/4 teaspoon of each citric acid and salt to pint jars. Water bath for 10 min. The results look good, also the taste. You really can't tell the skins are in the sauce. CF
    The end results.

Tomato sauces always taste similar. I hope this is having a different taste.

This sauce is sweeter, because of the cherry tomatoes. I like it.
I am making more today, but am going to add some onion and Chiles. Kind of a rotel look alike. CF
