Default tuna chili

this is really good, but just a little warning. it is 100% mandatory that you use fesh tuna. the use of canned tuna in this recipe tastes ****in god awfull.


1/2b fresh tuna steaks- fried and broken up
1onion
1 green pepper
cut celery
jalepenio peppers (4-5)
can of kidney beans
can of diced tomatoes

(add more spices if you think you need it, I didnt measure)
3tbls majoram
2tbls cilantro
2tbls allpice
3tbls coriander
1tbls cumin (this isnt the primary flavour, go easy on it)
ground chilies to taste
salt to taste

serve this on rice, wash down with cold beer
