3 ounces cooked crabmeat, canned is fine
1 tblsp. diced celery 1 tbslp. diced onion 1 tsp. mayonaise (reduced fat is ok) 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (opt) 2 slices bread about 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella Preheat your broiler Mix all but bread and cheese together, blend well. Spread on each of the two slices of bread and sprinkle evenly with the cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly, about 2 minutes, watching closely. |
