Seafood fondu.
We went to red lobster one time, and ahd the lobster fondu, I loved it and wanted to create someting like it at home, and so I came up with this recipe, that is really easy and fast.
Seafood Fondu
1/2 lb. shrimp peeled and diced.
1/2 lb. crab meat chopped.
1/2 lb. scallops diced.
1 15 oz jar Ragu cheese sauce.
In a skillet over medium high heat cook shrimp, crab meat, and scallops, until done. Reduce heat to simmer and add in the Ragu cheese sauce, and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. You can choose to buy a round loaf of bread and pour the fondu into it, or serve as I do in a bowl and dip toasted Italian bread pieces into it.
