Post Salmon Steaks

I love simple.

1 salmon steak per seving
olive oil
garlic powder (if you must)

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Pour 1/2 tbsp EVOO into your hand and rub the salmon lovingly. place salmon on the foil skin side down. Sprinkle the fish with garlic powder, (if you mmust), with a very light hand. place pan in broiler for 10 - 13.5 minutes. Do not overcook.

Serve alone or with any side. or sides you like.
