    OK Kev I know you thought you could get away with it..........BUT NO WAY DUDE You just gotta share Brook's recipe with us!!! PLEASE I hope you still have it!

    Ya know what, Cath? I do still have Brook's recipe... I've made it 3-4 times... and it's a good one, too! I was a Shrimp & Grits virgin until I tried his version... Only bad thing is it's on my home computer- which is currently out of commission!

    Let me reach out to him and see if I can get it for ya! (I tried googling a recipe- but I ain't gonna offer any of'em, 'cause Brook's is entirely different than any others I've found. Brook's actually calls for ketchup among the ingredients- and it is SO yummy!
