Ingredients 1 Cup Sour Cream 2 tsp. Dried Dill 3 Tbsp. Scallions, finely chopped 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 4-6 Salmon Steaks ? tsp. Garlic Powder ? tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper Cooking Spray Directions Whisk sour cream, dill, scallions, mustard, and lemon juice in small bowl to blend. (This can be done several hours or a day ahead of time.) Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, then spread with the sauce.
