Spiced Hot Chocolate
in a bowl, mix: 5 tblsp plain ol' cocoa 1 tblsp white sugar 3 tblsp brown sugar use a coffee bean grinder to grind into a powder: 2 dried hot peppers 1 cinnamon stick (about 3" long) 1 tsp whole cloves 3-4 whole coffee beans Mix all of these ingredients together. Nuke some milk VERY HOT (like to the point where there's that gross skin that collects on top, and of course remove that) and mix a half tsp to a mug of milk as well as you can. Mmmm.... nice spicy hot chocolate. For fun add a shot of Kahlua in ur drink! |
