Cafe au Lait
Ingredients
3 cups milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 3 cups Louisiana Coffee with Chicory Preparation Combine milk and cream in a saucepan Bring just to a boil (bubbles will form aound edge of pan) Then remove from heat Pour a small amount of coffee in each coffee cup Pour remaining coffee and hot milk mixture together into cups
