Add 3/4 c. boiling water to 1/2 c. cornmeal, 1 tsp. salt and 2 Tbl. butter. Mix well.
Spoon onto cookie sheet, thinly with a tsp. Bake for 10 min. at 425 degrees. Allow them to cool on a rack for at least an hour. WATCH THE SALT! You can also sprinkle these with celery seed, poppy or sesame seed before baking. |
