Default bisquick/jify mix recipes

Does anyone have any bisquick or jiffy mix recipes to share??

IMPOSSIBLE APPLE PIE

6 c. sliced tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
Streusel (below)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Use 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix apple slices and cinnamon, put in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients except streusel until smooth. Pour into plate over the apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.

STREUSEL:
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm margarine

Mix until crumbly.

Bisquick Bundt Cake

3 cups Bisquick
4 eggs
1 small (3 oz) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl on low speed, scraping the bowl constantly, for 1 minute. Beat on med speed, constantly scraping bowl for 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (approx) 30-45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove. Cool completely then glaze if desired.

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 Tbsp milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Mix together until desired consistency is reached. May need to add additional milk or sugar to thicken or thin. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.

I am a huge bisquick fan. I will only eat Bisquick brand pancakes at home. The biscuit recipe on the box is delicious. I always make little dumplings out of it.

I'm looking forward to hearing more recipes!!

OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN

Chicken Breasts
Biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika (optional)
1-2 T. Margarine

Preheat oven to 375 F. Melt 1-2 T. margarine in a shallow baking dish.

Mix biscuit mix, salt, pepper & paprika in a large ziplock bag. One at a time, coat chicken breasts in the mixture. Place in baking dish & bake for 35 minutes. Turn chicken & continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

CHICKEN POT PIE

1 2/3 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
˝ c. milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Mix vegetables, chicken & soup in an ungreased 9” pie plate.

Still remaining ingredients in a bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

**I like a really thick breading, so I usually double that part and bake it in a tall pyrex bowl so it doesn't overflow.
