Yum! Garlic Guacamole

2 small avocados
1 small lemon, juice of
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste

Scoop the flesh of the avocados out into a bowl.
Squeeze the lemon over the mashed avocado.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix & mash to a chunky consistancy.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
