Vinaigrette Coleslaw
1 cabbage, shredded
2 green peppers, sliced in rings
1 onion, sliced thin and separated
2 cups vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion in large bowl. Mix well and set
aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients. Stir into cabbage mixture. Cover and chill
overnight.
