Cherry Tomatoes Provencale
SERVES 4
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
16 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes in baking dish and drizzle with oil.
Cover with breadcrumb mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 5 minutes.
