    Default Easy mediteranean pasta !

    Hello every one!

Today was a hot day in Athens, no desire for heavy cooking!
So I made for evening this easy recipe that I just enjoyed in my
cool veranda and I want to share with you.

1 pound of pasta, any king you like
3-4 pcs of sun-dryed tomatoes in oil (they are soft and not so salty),
    cut in small pcs.
2 tbl spoons of feta cheece in small pcs.
1 clove of fresh garlic chopped
    1 tbl spoon of capers
fresh ground pepper and salt for the pasta
2-3 tbl. spoons of vergin olive oil

Boil the pasta to your taste. Strain and place in a ball.
Add immediately the olive oil and the rest of the ingrediens
    toss and serve! That's it.
It is very tasty and without fuss.

If your feta cheece is salty, you can place it in a ball with water and
let it stay for an hour or so, it takes the excess salt out.

    Enjoy it!
