Spicy Grilled Chops
4 boneless pork chops -- 1/2-inch thick
1/4 cup thick and chunky hot salsa
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
In small bowl, combine salsa, water, marmalade and seasoned salt; blend well. Place pork chops in plastic bag or nonmetal baking dish. Pour the marinade mixture over the pork, turning to coat. Seal bag or cover dish; marinate about 1 hour, turning pork chops several times.
Grease and preheat grill.
When ready to grill, remove pork chops from the marinade, reserving marinade. Place chops in grill. Grill about 5-6 minutes, basting once or twice with reserved marinade.
