Sausage & Peppers, Street Fair Style

SERVES 4 -6
1 lb Italian sausage, hot or sweet

1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
pepper
1/8-1/4 teaspoon oregano

Use a roasting pan large enough to hold all ingredients.
Clean peppers, cut into strips& place in the pan.
Cut sausage into 1 1/2 slices& put on top of the peppers.
Pour the tomatoes over them.
Sprinkle the oil and the rest of the ingredients over all.

I love sausage and peppers. ( with onions too) I do prefer though that if I want a bit of sauce on mine it should be an option, lol. I like them plain.

I like mine plain too - if there is sauce - use bulk sausage instead and turn it into a pizza hoagie with grated cheese
