My sister makes holiday goody trays of Oreo "Truffles"... using cream cheese, crumbled oreos, powdered sugar, then all rolled into walnut-sized balls and tossed in Oreo "dust". I thought janie's pumpkin dip would pair well well those on such a holiday tray!

It sounds like this dip would be good for the kids, they'd be getting their Vit. A in a veggie without knowing it!!

Personally I love Pumpkin Pie best!!! I have heard of Pumpkin Cheese Cake and they say it is fabulous too, as for me I will stick to plain old Pumpkin Pie!!!
