    Default Honey Mustard Curry Chicken

I made this for dinner. I used 6 chicken thighs and let the sauce marinade the chicken for about three hours in the fridge. I baked in my NuWave oven uncovered for about 35-40 minutes. I also used an extra half tsp curry.
This recipe was wonderful. Will make again.

    Honey Mustard Curry Chicken

    Ingredients

    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup prepared mustard
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
    Garlic to taste

    Directions
Preheat oven to 175C (about 350F).
Place chicken pieces in prepared pan.
Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake, covered for about 2 hours in oven.

    Default Need Ideas

OK I am gonna do this today, not being into cooking curry anything. What would be some nice sides to accompany this dish? Maybe rice W/peas, I also have some fresh corn on cob. Help CF
