Party Pleaser - Something besides adult beverages

Orange slush

1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups cold water
2 cups sugar
ginger ale

Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and heat to boiling; boil for two minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the orange juice concentrate. Freeze until slushy. When ready to serve, spoon mixture into tall glasses and fill with ginger ale. You can use any number of different juice concentrates to substitute for the orange juice and add variety. Good stuff.
